Then I lost all my pregnancy weight and was doing great, but don't know what happened. Now I weigh almost as much as I did at 9 months! AACK! I use two pounds a week as my shortest goal and about ten pounds per month as my medium range goal. I find that less daunting then the 122 pounds that was before me at the very start. Keep going!!
