We saw The Hitchhikers Guide to Galaxy a few years ago and I thought it was the worst movie I had ever seen.

I'm addicted to blogging and I spend all of my free time doing it. I don't have time to clean my house anymore- which I used to be really obsessed with doing. So now things aren't quite as clean as they used to be. Funny thing is- no one seems to notice.

Dessert
Which instrument is your favorite to listen to?
The saxophone or the trumpet. I can't pick between the two.

Thursday Thirteen #6

I am sick and tired of winter and I can't stop thinking about taking a vacation. Our favorite vacation spot is Disney World. So, today I am listing 13 things we will do on our next visit to Disney World.

1. Float along and relax in the Castaway Creek at Typhoon Lagoon.
2. Enjoy the amazing experience of swimming in the Shark Reef, a tank with real live sharks and schools of tropical fish at Typhoon Lagoon.
3. Play with Hailey in Tike's Peak at Blizzard Beach.
4. Have a fabulous meal at Cinderella's Royal Table with characters from Disney's Royal family in Magic Kingdom.
5. Scream next to Brooke on Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom.
6. Speed along at 60 mph on Test Track at Epcot.
7. Take a cruise with Hailey on The Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot.
8. Plummet down the Tower of Terror with Brooke at Hollywood Studios.
9. Check out the new Toy Story Mania at Hollywood Studios.
10. Conspire with Brooke to trick Rich into riding Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom.
11. Ride off into the Savannah on Kilimanjaro Safaris at Animal Kingdom.
12. Join Winnie the Pooh and his friends for dinner at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom.
13. Relax by the pool at whatever hotel we decide to stay at.

Wordless Wednesday #49

This picture reminds me of how much time people spend on the computer. Now I would never do anything this bad, but I do spend way too much time on the computer and often negelect some responsibilities (like cleaning). Anyhoo- thought it was funny!

Fun Monday

This weeks Fun Monday is being hosted by IT Guy. Here is the assignment he gave us:

"I need you to pick 5 memorable lines from 5 different movies (if you could tell us which character said it and to whom, would be a bonus)...and tell us to WHOM you could have said those lines. Just 5!"

Since I don't really watch very many movies or a whole lot of TV this was really hard for me. But, here's what I came up with:

1. “Go ahead, make my day.” (from Sudden Impact)- and this could be said to anyone who is about to do something that would annoy me or make me mad.
2. "I wouldn't be more surprised if I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet." (from Christmas Vacation)- I say this whenever something surprising happens.
3. "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." (from Ferris Bueller's Day Off)- This is what I've been saying to myself lately.
4. "I'll be back." (from The Terminator)- I say this when I leave the room and I'm going to be coming right back.
5. "You complete me." (from Jerry Maguire) -to Rich, of course.

Can you keep a secret? Promise? Okay- but you're the only one I'm telling, so if word gets out I'll know it was you who told.

I'm going to be moving my Our Happy Happenings blog to it's very own domain name. My new site is not quite ready yet so I'm just offering you a sneak peek so you can give me your opinion. Now remember that it is under construction so it might be a little dusty over there.

I have put up a few posts over there- most of it is nothing original though, just stuff to test how it's all working.

Monday- Whole roasted chicken with leftover (from Sunday) mashed potatoes, gravy and rolls
Tuesday- Sloppy Joes with corn and fruit cocktail
Wednesday- Pizza- homemade by Rich and salad
Thursday- Raviolis with salad and garlic bread
Friday- Ranch Chicken with spinach and peaches
Saturday- Ham and Swiss Casserole with broccoli
Sunday- Pot Roast with carrots, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls and salad
