Weight loss doesn't matter
If inches go away
I'd take a smaller size
Than weight loss any day!

:-)

Keep it up and the weight loss will follow...celebrate the loss of inches. that's terrific, Melanie!

Doesn't that typicallly mean you've gained muscle??
I'd take inches gone any day!!
:-) Means I could fit into my other clothes.

Rule of thumb:

Muscle weighs more than fat!

Inches gone but no "weight" means you're more toned!

Be HAPPY!

Wow, the brave-ness of leaving this up for all to see, I commend you! I feel your pain, seeing I have to find a wedding dress to squeeze into in a few months or so. Keep it up and good luck!

Losing inches is great! Just because you don't see the loss on the scale TODAY doesn't mean you haven't lost. You may be retaining fluid. Another one of those things we women get to do! :)

Yay! for the inches!

Not surprising if you're working out. Don't forget that lean muscle mass is the goal!

Congrats!

Losing inches is great. You're losing fat and gaining muscle, which weighs more but also burns more calories just by beng there.
