Look Great in 2008 Weight Loss Challenge

Weight loss since my last weigh in- 1 pound

It took me two weeks to lose one pound.

This could take awhile.

Check out the other participants who have hopefully been more successful than me at Tales From The Scales.

24 pounds to go!

Slap, slap, slap! Don't put yourself down, you lost it no matter how long it took, that's the important thing. Take care and be kind to yourself.

Losing one pound is sure better then if you had gained one pound in a week!! You did great and you will do better in the next two weeks!! Please don't be so hard on your self! Love you, Grams

A half-pound a week is a nice steady pace. It's an easily accessible goal -- even with a birthday or holiday meal or two thrown in (an important feature in the lifestyle change department this time of year!) -- and it's enough to keep the scale going in the right direction. Keep it up!!!

It took me 2 weeks to lose a pound too, but at least the scale isn't going up!

It's taking me a while as well... my first round of dieting it just fell off.. now it is much more painful of a struggle.

You are doing something and that is a good thing.
If I could stay away from the baked goods I might see some progress.
Keep up the good work.
Don't give the pound back.

Who cares how long it takes?? The important thing is that you are doing something about it!

CONGRATS on the loss and good luck this week!

Congrats on the weight loss! When I first started, I wasn't losing quickly either. It took my body some time to catch on to the fact that I wanted it to actually lose weight. You will get there...hang in there and keep up the good work. Slow and steady wins the race!

It would always start with that 1st pound! Smiles. Way to go!

Oh wow! I honestly admire those who are focus and really determine to lose weight. Unfortunately I'm not one of those. :(

I've been YOYO dieting since I gave birth to my daughter and it has been 4 years running now. Now, that made me sad.. (-.-)

1 pound is still one pound and I know you'll get there. Goodluck!!!

I've only been losing a half pound a week too so we are in the same boat, but at least that is the same boat that is losing and not gaining. Congrats on the loss! Good luck this week!
