Weight loss since my last weigh in- 1 pound
Weight loss since start of challenge- 2 pounds
Weight loss since Hailey was born- 32 pounds
I have not really made any major changes so far. I'm trying to watch what I eat and do less snacking. My goals for this week are:
1. Start walking 5 days each week.
2. Have a light snack around 3pm so I am not starving when I make dinner.
3. Drink more water.
