Vacation- Days 3 & 4
On our third day of vacation (our second day at Disney World) we slept in a bit in the morning and then headed off to Animal Kingdom. We had planned to get there nice and early because we had been advised that the animals usually start to hide from the sun mid-morning which makes it difficult to see them. But, Hailey actually slept in that morning and we were not about to wake her up since she is not a very good sleeper.
Hailey and I pose for a picture in front of Animal Kingdom.

Hailey and Sleeping Beauty
We were able to meet up with my Aunt Rita, Uncle Dave and cousins Ryan and Easton while at Epcot. We saw The American Adventure theatrical show together and then talked for a few minutes before we headed our separate ways. This was the first time Aunt Rita had met Hailey, so we were excited for the opportunity to get to see them! The Tree of Life
This is Hailey watching Festival of the Lion King. She sat just like this during the entire performance. Anyone who knows Hailey knows that this is amazing because it is a rare moment when she holds still for more than a split second.
After spending the morning and afternoon at Animal Kingdom we headed over to Epcot where we had reservations for dinner at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall where they served Norwegian style food. During dinner there were four different Disney Princesses who stopped by our table to visit Hailey.

After dinner we explored the attractions at Epcot. We stopped here so that Hailey could play the bongos. She just loved banging on them and thought the noise was hilarious.
Here we are in the Germany section of Epcot. We had planned to head over to MGM for the night as they had extended hours for Disney resort guests. But, we were much too tired, so we went back to the hotel to get some sleep.
We spent some time at ImageWorks - The Kodak "What If" Labs where you are able to take pictures and then play around with the photos. This is one we took of Hailey and then turned her into a flower.
After spending the day at Epcot we went back to our hotel and then took a boat ride to Downtown Disney for a bit of shopping and for dinner. This is Hailey having a great time on the boat ride. After dinner we went back to the hotel to relax at the pool. Hailey loved being in the baby pool. When she was in this turtle she was able to stand up and walk around (without all of her usual falling down), which she thought was wonderful. If you missed our vacation pictures from days 1 & 2 you can click here (or scroll down a little bit) to see them. Be sure to come back on Monday to see some more pictures- including a picture of Hailey biting Mickey Mouse on the nose!
Have a great weekend.
