he he he! How true though- our kids will never know life without computers, cell phones, etc.
Happy WW Day! I often wonder how our parents turned the TV from one station to another before remote controls were born...
Today is a big day in US political politics with a debate later tonight. My WW meme focused on Barack Obama ... from boyhood to manhood.
peace, Villager
I guess will be they will pretty much freak out having to learn about "snail-mail" :P
That's funny. Mail as a tactile reality will be lost entirely on the next generation. And all the trees are doing the happy dance!
I've seen that before and STILL love it. Isn't that the truth!
Ya, what did we do before e-mail???lol...Happy WW.
Yeah, we used to wait patiently by the mailbox:)
Sounds just like something one of my students would say.
We had more time to talk to people in person.. that is for sure!
Talk about the change in technology!
Happy WW! :D
I guess calling the kid an idiot would not be politically correct, huh? Ha Ha.
My WW post for this week is up with pictures of spring flowers.
Funny comic! My kids don't get any of it either - it is so funny. Have a good Wed. Melanie - see you soon. Kellan
Snail Mail, oh the good ole days.
lol, cute.
hmm....difficult question to answer for dad :D
Will you visit it mine Thanks
what a smart question for child hi hi hi hi...
Hope you visit mine also :D Thanks
That's great!
That's exactly what our kids will say!
That's up there with my son announcing that grandma's music is on giant black CD's. Didn't even try to explain LP's just felt too old to deal.
I wonder the same thing every day.
We were just talking about this at our house... whether the youngest will ever have ANY IDEA what it was like before all media of all types was at the touch of a keyboard! hehe.
Haha sometmes it's had to remember life before the internet. When I started secondary school calculators were an expensive novelty! Happy WW
Stamps and letters and light blue extremely thin "By Air" mail paper!
Oh and um ... only reaching one friend at a time!
Thank God for blogs and Internet!
hehe, good one Melanie. happy ww.
Thanks for sharing the fun. Happy WW.
It's kind of hard to remember life before "the 'net" isn't it?
Also, I tried to comment on Livin' With Me, but it won't let me. It kept telling me the security code I was typing was invalid when it wasn't. I just wanted to let you know!
lol
Too true of the upcoming generations...they will have no clue how we communicated before text messaging and email...
Love the chuckle.
Hahahaha that is one silly question. I can't imagine how life it would now if there's no computers and all that. Kids can't relate the life we had before, no high technology around. Happy WW!
MY LIFE MY WORLD
SWEET PARADISE
That is so true. Kids can't imagine life before computers. Happy WW!
How silly...love it!
Oh my gosh! That is too funny! I was talking to my daughter about doing a bibliography on her 6th grade research paper yesterday and had to tell her that I had no idea how to cite an internet resource because the internet didn't exist when I was doing research papers!
good side: less paper trail
bad side: more electricity consumption. plus more work interruptions. hehe
Morning Sniffles
Haha, I can barely remember so long ago - but oh the hardship of having to go all the way out to the mailbox to "check the mail" - it's a good thing we've grown out of those dark ages ;-)
Happy WW :-)
hahaha! Silly question.....thanx for sharing this one.
Pretty Sunset
Simala Church
How hilarious. Good one!

My daughter writes "emails" on the paper at her easel. I say "write a note" and mean email but she has generalized the other way.
LOL no kidding, good question.
Mr Man the other day had to write for school and in his paper he wrote "LOL" I told him I wasn't sure if they could use "L.O.L." in a school paper, he said "It's ok mom if the teacher doesn't know what it means I'll just tell her.
LOL
Isn't it the truth. Very well done. Have a great WW, what's left of it. :)
Oh thank you for making me laugh this morning *it's 08.10 am in my country*
I love starting a day with a smile :D
